Full Moon Supper Club: Pakistan

It has been nearly five years since local chef and food-business startup entrepreneur, Torrence O'Haire, first hit the radar of Rapid Growth with the launch of his Full Moon Supper Club. With each new chapter of this nearly monthly mobile dining affair he has managed to excite the palates of so many locals.

What makes this dining event really special is the amount of time and research O'Haire does in the preparation of the menu and the details guests, who sign up in advance, get to experience.

Keeping with his theme of world cuisine without the travel costs sticker shock comes his latest installment with a dinner devoted to the food of Pakistan. O'Haire's focus will be on the cuisine of the Mughal Empire and, if true to form, will be quite spicy with a unique aroma.

Held at the chef's new residence in Midtown, the cost of your meal will include a Pakistani dinner with a combination of North Indian and Iranian spiced teas, roasted meats, fresh herbs, and stunning Biryani centerpiece.

The event will be serving South African wines during the meal. Afterwards, guests are encouraged to relax in the backyard as the moon begins to rise over the last days of summer.

You will need to book this ASAP to ensure you can get a seat at this eclectic dining affair. And as always, please bring a place setting for yourself, including necessary glassware. No platters disguised as plates. They often sell out quickly so if you miss this month's offering there is always the next one.

Admission: $45 all-inclusive.
