Marketing firm celebrates 10 years of sales and job growth

Innereactive Media, headquartered in Grand Rapids, celebrated its 10th anniversary in April 2013.

The marketing company was founded in 2003 by Samantha Toth. At that time, there were no plans to grow beyond a sole proprietorship.

Initially focusing on the optical industry, Toth soon had prospective customers waiting too long for her services, so she began adding staff in 2004 and 2005. During that same time, she moved from Lansing to Middleville.

in 2006, Innereactive made its third move.

"I began doubling work and in 2006, I moved to Ada and worked out of a my basement in my home with three employees," she says. "In 2007, I added my fourth employee and subsequently moved into an office space in Ada where I had 1,200 sq. feet.'

After a short sojourn to California where Toth tinkered with opening a second branch, she moved back to West Michigan and business kept growing. Inneractive now has eight employees and a new office space in Grand Rapids with over 5,000 sq. feet.

Toth says the firm is well positioned to continue their growth. "We will be adding another person in the near future. Although we continue to work with optical, we can work with all industries. Our focus is local. We do a lot of print design, web design, logos, brochures, graphics, and video productions."
