Local entrepreneur Matt Clouse is in the planning stages of a business that would allow customers to kayak and canoe the Grand River.

For $25, Clouse will rent customers a canoe or two kayaks, paddles and safety equipment and pick them up at the Indian Mounds Drive near 28th Street.
