Service providers now using ID cards to track services among homeless

Grand Rapids service providers will now use ID cards to track services used by local homeless population.

According to an excerpt from the article:

People receiving agency services will have a card to scan when they enter a shelter, which will allow the case worker on duty to access information about the person, said Cheryl Schuch, executive director of Family Promise.
