Low-profile Uniform Color Company keeps rolling along after 30 years, hiring and expanding in 2011.
According to the story in the Holland Sentinel:
Uniform Color Company Director of Human Resources Kim Miller admits the company keeps a low profile locally, although it's well-known among other companies that provide custom dyes.
The company, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, continues to grow. With 225 employees in Holland and manufacturing facilities in Mexico and the Czech Republic, the company is building another in Voderady, Slovakia, Miller said. A sign outside the Holland facility advertises that the company is hiring.
Thirty years ago, the company consisted of three employees working in a 35,000-square-foot garage serving only one customer, Miller said.
