According to MiBiz, the Grand Rapids Community Foundation has awarded $1.5 million in grants to nine Grand Rapids area organizations, including one that supports the development of the Grand Rapids Urban Market.
According to excerpts from the story:
Included in those funds was $150,000 to the Grand Action Foundation to support the predevelopment for Grand Rapids Urban Market, including architecture and engineering services, tax credit planning and syndication, legal fees and project management.
