The Grand Rapids Press reports that the Prospecto Musical Showcase, which will run this year in partnership with ArtPrize, has released its 2011 schedule and announced the addition of another band.

Organizers of next month's Prospecto Musical Showcase and Sonic Experience have released the official festival schedule for the three venues hosting the three-day event and added New York soul/funk group Lee Fields & the Expressions to the bill.
The showcase, which takes place Sept. 30-Oct. 2 during ArtPrize at The Intersection, Founders Brewing Co. and The Pyramid Scheme, will feature dozens of bands, led by George Clinton & the Parliament Funkadelic, The Walkmen, The Pharcyde, Trans Am, Gringo Star and others.
