$16M lakeshore residential development on track for Montague

Lake property is always in demand, and developers in Montague are counting on that demand to increase after receiving city planners’ approval to proceed with plans to redevelop former resort property into a 30-residence development featuring Victorian-style homes and carriage houses

According to excerpts from the story:

Montague planning commissioners Monday night established the density and general concept for a proposed $16 million residential lakeshore development.

The planning commission approved the special-use permit for the planned unit development, calling for 30 residential units with some attached and unattached accessory buildings. Commissioner Martha Viars, who has previously called the project too dense for the site, cast the lone "no" vote in the 6-1 tally.
