Provides design, validation, implementation and support services for the Perrigo Global Network. This system engineering position provides expert level technical support for the core components of Perrigo’s infrastructure environment, with responsibility for client and server services. Each Systems Engineer will have specific expectations and accountabilities within the IS infrastructure environment. In general, each Engineer must possess strong skills in configuration, deployment, cGMP validation and support for their technical systems within a medium to large LAN/WAN environment. The candidate will need to have experience in scripting (batch and VBS) and maintaining a windows based server environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007 is a must and experience building/configuring/expanding VMware servers/farms is required. Understanding of SharePoint (MOSS 2007) environments and general network skills are highly desirable. This position will center around managing Microsoft Exchange and VMware environments.
