We are looking for an individual to fill a HR Assistant/Receptionist position. Looking for candidates who are willing to work part-time, but are available to work up to 40 hours per week if workload permits. Responsibilities for this position will include: Answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, scheduling interviews, updating spreadsheets, and performing other administrative tasks to support the department.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Office, have the ability to understand and create excel spreadsheets, and have excellent communication skills. Candidates must be organized and have accurate typing skills. Qualified candidates will have administrative experience. Experience in Human Resources is a plus. We are seeking an individual to fill a Lean Implementation Manager position. This individual will need 3-5 years of Lean Implementation experience and a complete understanding of the principals and methodology behind the Toyota Production System.

Requirements:
A history of facilitating teams through Kaizen activity and the ability to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives is required. This position will require supervision or management experience, including management of a departmental budget, continuous improvement activity planning, development of direct reports, and take an active role in training the organization in Lean principals. This individual will report to the Continuous Improvement manager at Borisch Manufacturing.

We are seeking an individual to fill a 1st shift CNC Program Engineer position. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years experience programming Mazak machines or working with GibbsCAM. Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate are: Knowledge of practical engineering and design principles involved in drawings, blueprints, and models. A candidate should be able to apply engineering principles and procedures to design production processes. Responsibilities for this position are: Program and maintain CNC production machines, converting CAD drawings, blueprints, and CAD solid models into CNC programs, customize CNC programs to maximize production efficiency by using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance in the development of programs, develop fixture design, building, and ISO 9000 quality standard, observe operation of the CNC machine on trial run, and revise program to eliminate errors and wasted motion.
