Description:
Amway International Inc. seeks an Associate Brand Manager in Ada,
Michigan, to develop brand strategies for the company's beauty
products, with a focus on the European region. Duties include brand
analysis and developing brand strategies for areas such as product,
package, price, promotion, and communications; leading marketing
activities on product and package innovation; and developing marketing
programs and communications, as well as consumer insights, market
research, and competitive assessment. Expected travel is 10-20%.
Requirements:
Must have a bachelors or foreign equivalent in marketing, business
administration, business management, leisure management, or other
business management field, plus experience in marketing. Experience
must include developing and implementing marketing strategies for
personal care products in the European market, and developing marketing
plans for products sold through the multi-level marketing channel
throughout Europe.
