Description:Description: This full-time position provides support for the oversight of clinical studies within the Pediatric Oncology Research Program including the national Neuroblastoma and Medulloblastoma Translational Research Consortium (NMTRC). Associated activities include ensuring studies are executed, conducted, and completed in accordance with the applicable standard operating procedures. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy or life science field. • Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience with a successful track record of managing projects in a matrix environment. • Ability to communicate clinical information, such as concepts and results clearly and concisely in oral and written communication to both internal and external customers. • Proven knowledge of FDA guidelines and GCP, and Research Professional Certification (CCRP) or exam eligible. • Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact and relate in an appropriate interpersonal manner to all levels and types of individuals in a fashion that will earn credibility, respect, confidence and will generate mutual support. • High comfort level working in an independent environment. • Decision-making and problem-solving skills adequate to address routine operational challenges. • Demonstrated project management skills, with strong computer skills including demonstrated ability using clinical trial databases, electronic data capture, Microsoft Access and Excel.
