Description:We are seeking an individual to fill a Lean Implementation Manager position. This individual will need 3-5 years of Lean Implementation experience and a complete understanding of the principals and methodology behind the Toyota Production System.
Requirements:A history of facilitating teams through Kaizen activity and the ability to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives is required. This position will require supervision or management experience, including management of a departmental budget, continuous improvement activity planning, development of direct reports, and take an active role in training the organization in Lean principals. This individual will report to the Continuous Improvement manager at Borisch Manufacturing.
