Description:
Internship will include learning opportunities in areas including
Leadership Development, Associate Development, Associate Engagement,
and Associate Recognition.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to demonstrate strong customer service focus;
utilize effective time management and organizational skills; make
quality, independent decisions; work effectively and efficiently under
tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions; effectively
utilize appropriate computer software to achieve desired results;
demonstrate knowledge of electronic spreadsheets, word processors, and
presentation tools; accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide and
input data; interpret and respond consistently to policy questions
ranging from basic to moderate in complexity; display caring attitude
and effective interpersonal skills; demonstrate pleasant telephone
etiquette; demonstrate effective problem solving skills; maintain
accurate records; automate manual processes; see the 'big picture'.
Must be able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks at
the same time while showing respect and courtesy to each individual.
Offered for a full semester to a student in a formal education program
in which the experience is approved in partnership with the school and
the student is given class credit for participating. Must be able to
work a minimum of 15 hours a week and be receiving college credit for
the internship.
