We are seeking an experienced, sales minded recruiter to join our Grand Rapids team. In this position you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts through effectively recruiting top talent and managing field employees on assignment. If you are a self starter who is willing to do what it takes to be successful, and have the confidence to thrive in a fast paced, customer driven environment, you will love this position. Requirements:
What you need to be successful in this position: An associate's degree, 2 + years successful industry work history in recruiting and business to business sales, the ability to consult with clients to set clear process expectations and implement effective recruiting strategies, effective negotiating/decision making skills, experience managing multiple projects at once, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, database programs and Internet.
