Description:This position will be responsible for assisting search consultants in the recruiting process for potential placements of candidates for insurance agencies. Major Responsibilities: Daily searching of resumes on Monster.com and identifying potential candidates;Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools *Maintain adequate levels of administrative support
