Description:This position will assist the Program Director in executing and implementing a translational research strategy with an emphasis on personalized medicine and molecularly guided therapeutics. The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual who is looking to transition into a fast paced, highly matrixed and clinically-focused lab research program in experimental oncology. Promising productivity could lead to the development of an Investigator position with a path to independence.
Requirements:PhD. with expertise in molecular oncology, biomarker research, pharmacogenomics or related disciplines. • Must have completed four years of a post-doctoral fellowship at an academic or commercial institution in an appropriate area of scientific research. • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to independently apply the understanding of scientific theory to the structure and execution of research experiments.
