I help solve local, regional and national client's real estate needs by advising on acquisition, disposition, asset/risk management decisions.

 

I run all aspects of a wholesale cellular phone company. I am responsible for locating the product and selling to cell phone dealers and consumer electronic wholesalers all over the country.

 

At 616 Image Consulting, we do personal shopping, styling, image consulting and wardrobe reviews for private clients. Our services can range from personal shopping for holidays or for individual events or for new wardrobes (depending on what the client needs). We also coach people on how to 'dress for success' and how to be comfortable in their own skin. We also work with Fox 17 Grand Rapids to showcase fashion segments on their morning show. Our website is pretty self explanatory regarding what services we offer and our segment links are listed on there as well. We will be updating the website soon to offer before & after pictures of some of our clients.

I am also the Owner and Property Manager of Beachfront Rentals, LLC. I manage 6 vacation units in Panama City Beach, FL. I own my own business, so there is a lot more involved than just the management of the units. I handle the financials, marketing & advertising of the business.

Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes was able to reach over 52,000 students in the 2008-2009 School Year. The Grand Rapids Service Office offers classroom programs, JA Job Shadows and JA Reverse Job Shadows to the Greater Grand Rapids Area. Our programs help prepare young people for the real world by teaching them about, financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreunership.

My position manages the Grand Rapids Education Team in order to provide premium programs and volunteers to local West Michigan schools subscribing to JA Progams. I have taught over 35 JA programs at area elementary, middle and high schools and continue to teach our programs in order to better understand our volunteers as well as the educators subscribing to JA programs.

 

Our company offers an array of services such as: personal shopping, styling, wardrobe review and image consulting. Not only do we shop for entire wardrobes but we will shop for special occasion's such as weddings, mother of the bride gowns, gala's, black tie events as well. This can be done with or with out the customer present. We also do wardrobe reviews where we go through the clients wardrobe and  make suggestions about what should stay and what should go and then help update their wardrobe with some new pieces. Finally we have an array of contacts to help with hair, skin and makeup suggestions/consults.

 

I am in charge of finding prospective businesses in West Michigan that need signage to market themselves and maintaining them as customers through design assistance and event coordination.  Our services include vehicle graphics, tradeshow displays, banners, large format printing, store fronts, and gallery wrapped canvas prints.

 

I do signage and all graphics/visual communication as well as coordinating author events.

 

I co-host a two person sports talk radio show on ESPN 96.1 FM in Grand Rapids.  From 3-6pm my partner and I talk about what’s going on in the world of sports both locally and nationally.  We take calls from listeners, interview guests, and have a lot of fun on the air.

 

I develop premiere web applications for companies and individuals, local and national. I utilize open source technologies such as PHP and Linux to provide rock-solid performance and low upkeep costs. Many times I empower the user by giving them a content management system such as Drupal or Expression Engine. I love seeing people succeed, and I'll do anything in my power to make sure their web presence does just that.

 

I assess, develop and apply marketing techniques to specific companies. I am also responsible for branding (the application of marketing techniques to a specific product, product line, or brand), market research and consultancy services.

I do designs and branding for various companies we build websites for. This includes developing a brand, logo, and web page layout.

 

I manage the Community Service Learning Center, connect students with volunteer opportunities in the greater Grand Rapids community, and coordinate campus-wide days of service.  I also supervise the Michigan Service Scholars AmeriCorps program as well as am a campus representative for Michigan Campus Compact.  I also am responsible for outreach to community organizations to develop partnerships with the university.

Adtegrity.com is an online advertising network that basically acts as a middle man between Advertisers and Publishers (website owners).  It’s my job to review and either approve or reject new websites that apply to become a part of our network.  Needless to say, sometimes my job can be very entertaining.  I also spend a portion of my day reviewing the creative’s that run through our network to ensure they meet our standards.  Once again, sometimes my job can be very entertaining.  I deal with website owners every day and work to optimize the amount of money they can make, while helping with any problems they might have. I learn something new every day, can wear whatever I want, and work with a lot of great people.  Except when they beat me at the Ping Pong table.  Yes, we have a Ping Pong table, my job is awesome.
