We are affiliated with the Admissions Department within Davenport University.  The Call Center is the point of contact for all inbound Admissions and Customer Service phone calls into the University for all 14 physical locations throughout the State of Michigan, as well as our Online department.  It is my responsibility to measure, qualify and report on all those calls into DU.
 
As Assistant Manager, I lead the efforts of the Call Center to coordinate our database management system, the qualification and reporting of all inbound phone calls from prospective leads, and the distribution of those leads.  I help establish and maintain processes to effectively assist prospective, current, and former students of Davenport, as well as service those internal customers within the University (staff, faculty, etc.)  In addition, I assist in the hiring and training of all Call Center employees, and review the quality of our service on a daily basis.
