I serve as a liaison and coordinate patient care when they need skilled care such as nursing and/or therapy at  home. Spectrum-Health VNA is a leading provider of home health care in west Michigan and I am thrilled to be part of their team.  I often have the opportunity to get out in the community and provide information about Spectrum Health Continuing Care services, which include SH VNA, SH Infusion Pharmacy Services (SHIPS), SH Hospice and more with the West Michigan community and physician offices.  This position for me is the perfect combination of my three degrees because it utilizes my clinical nursing skills as well as my health care communication background and my health care administration.
