I am currently responsible for sourcing and mining passive candidates and performing recruiting activities to identify qualified applicants. I’m responsible for scheduling interviews, along with administering application forms and questionnaires to be filled out by candidates. I assist Recruiters in the office as well as screen every candidate by verifying previous employment, university degrees and completing a thorough reference check. I also recruit candidates for myself in the following areas: Human Resource, Administrative and Clerical and conduct 12-15 interviews each week.
