I am currently in the process of finishing my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Grand Valley State University.  Although my degree is focused on Marketing, I have experience in public relations, design, and event planning.  I am a driven individual who has a passion for everything marketing and thrives to provide outstanding work for her clients and employers.

Presently, I am a Marketing Specialist for 834 Baba, a non-traditional marketing, public relations firm.  I specialize in social media, event planning, and branding strategy for both 834 Baba and my clients.

 

I work closely with the designers to create color boards, pull samples and materials, print drawing sets, maintain the design library, and work with vendors.

 

I am the Business Manager of a fine residential and commercial interior design firm, located in the heart of the Grand Rapids furniture campus.   Within this position I am fortunate to make use of my professional background surrounded by a fun, creative, trendy environment.  

As Business Manager, I am responsible for all administrative transactions.  This includes the input and process of all vendor purchase orders, client invoices, project statements, and accounting software.  Also, I manage communication between vendors, developers, and clients to track all stages of the interior design process.
