I am currently responsible for sourcing and mining passive candidates and performing recruiting activities to identify qualified applicants. I’m responsible for scheduling interviews, along with administering application forms and questionnaires to be filled out by candidates. I assist Recruiters in the office as well as screen every candidate by verifying previous employment, university degrees and completing a thorough reference check. I also recruit candidates for myself in the following areas: Human Resource, Administrative and Clerical and conduct 12-15 interviews each week.

 

I manage the sales team responsible for selling for the Staffing Inc. and Office Staffing Divisions of Axios Incorporated.  Staffing Inc. provides temporary labor in the light industrial, technical and event staffing sectors.  Office Staffing provides Office clerical and Business professional placements to local businesses.   I am also responsible for sales growth, client relationships and customer retention.

 

Integrated Resource Solutions is a full life-cycle recruitment and HR consulting firm dedicated to recruiting and placing professionals with top companies throughout the state of Michigan and all around the United States.  My position entails identifying , assessing and recruiting top talent in areas of Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Accounting/Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Executive Leadership.
 
I work, specifically, on the candidate side to leverage my knowledge and experience in partnering with them to assist in the management of their career.  By helping them uncover what truly motivates and inspires them, professionally, I am able to successfully place them with an organization that is most advantageous to their career path.  My ultimate goal is to not let anyone walk away without giving them something; whether it be helping them to transition into a new position or providing them with the proper tools and resources to assist them with their career search, I want to be sure that I've given them something positive to look forward to that they could utilize immediately or in the future!
