“It makes Grand Rapids a hip, more with it, cooler place to be,” said Krueger, in a keynote address to the 10th annual ICSC West Michigan Alliance Program on Tuesday afternoon. “If we are able to attract the kind of talent we need, we are going to have to have a dynamic urban environment.”
