Construction continues to progress on a new 24-unit apartment complex across from Heartside Park. The development, Metropolitan Park Apartments, is located at 350 Ionia and will add 24 new apartment units to the downtown market.
Rental units will feature spacious two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with open floor plans ranging from 1,050 and 1,700 square feet, respectively. Each unit will include two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, walk in closets, and central air. Off-street covered parking also is available. Rent will start at $498.
The project is scheduled for completion in December 2006 and Midland-based Brookstone Capital LLC, a housing development firm, will begin accepting applications in September 2006.
