RG Radio: Quit Developing

The Big Three of Creative-based economic development recently sat down for a frank discussion how to be fix Michigan's economy at the Creative Cities Summit 2.0 in Detroit: Richard Florida, author of "Rise of the Creative Class," John Howkins, author of "The Creative Economy," and Charles Landry, author of The Creative City.

Their surprising conclusion: First cancel large top-down development projects such as stadiums, convention centers and shopping malls.
