I strive to ensure that my company is a success. As a business owner I do whatever it takes to please my clients. I have my hand in everything. I make and design the wedding cakes, bake pastries and desserts, experiment with new recipes, make deliveries, place food orders, handle the accounting, meet with the potential clients, chocolates and confections, and gluten free baking. My bakery is a daily operation and requires time and dedication. I enjoy what I do and have passion for my career. I wouldn't change it if I could.
