Ownership culture fuels job growth at CU*Answers

CU*Answers is a Credit Union Servicing Organization (CUSO), where the credit unions have the ability to be an equal share owner in the company.

Katie Smigiel, VP of organizational development, says CU*Answers is growing and has several employment opportunities. "We have 170 direct employees and 13 contracted employees. In the last six months, we added 20 employees and eight contractors," Smigiel says. 

Smigiel says current employment needs include positions in web development, quality control, and collections.

The company culture at CU*Answers is driven by their unique business model. Smigiel says the idea of ownership is important to the employees of CU*Answers. "We are proud of our model and what it represents.
