Grand Rapids office of Corporate Technologies hires two

Minneapolis-based Corporate Technologies was recently ranked number 37 in the world among the top 501 IT Managed Service Providers for 2013.

Its Grand Rapids office (CPR) is the largest of the firm's regional teams with a local IT staff of 100 individuals. The office recently added two new hires, including Patrick Code as IT support sales executive and a new addition to the sales support team.

According to Code, the Grand Rapids office has experienced a steady rate of growth over the past several years. "Our Grand Rapids office has had good fortune in the small business sector. We provide IT support for small business through a program that is very cost effective. We bundle help desk remote dial-in and on-site service into one program."

Code, who joined the company a month ago, says he was attracted to the firm's commitment to providing a high level of service to all its customers. "We have very large blue chip clients and they get top level service. However, we are also expected to provide the same level of service to the small clients through our dedicated small business department."

Code also says he anticipates more hires soon, especially in the sales department.
