Libations & Learning: Grand River Rapids Restoration Update

Thursday, Mar. 21, 4 p.m.
As we move farther away from the river restoration and park creation launch event held at DeVos Place last year, many folks are beginning to turn their attention to all things related to the Grand River — the state’s longest running river and namesake to our city Grand Rapids.

On Thursday, Grand Rapids Whitewater (GRWW), the group who has spearheaded the rapids restoration movement, will be presenting to the public registered to attend this special Libations & Learning event an update of the project’s current status.

Libations & Learning is also a chance for those who could not attend the launch event to hear firsthand from GRWW how the project is progressing and will impact downtown living in Grand Rapids as the project moves ever closer to implementation.

Please register in advance to attend since space is limited. Free tickets may be secured here.
