Marijuana decriminalization closer to vote in Grand Rapids

Decriminalize GR, a grassroots initiative to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana in the city of Grand Rapids, has exceeded its goal of approximately 6500 signatures, moving it one step closer to the November election.
