Only the three developers who submitted preliminary proposals to develop 16-acres of city-owned riverfront property in Grand Rapids will be asked to furnish detailed development plans for the site.
The Grand Rapids City Commission last week voted 4-3 to invite only those developers who submitted "letters of interest" in developing the property at 201 Market Ave. SW earlier this year to provide final proposals.
