Selling GR's riverfront property requires new plan

Even though the much-anticipated and over-publicized "mystery development" planned for the banks of the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids will not happen, Assistant City Manager Eric DeLong told MiBiz that the city is not giving up the goal of finding a developer for the 16-acre parcel that is now home to the city’s public works department.
