There may be a new village center in Cascade Township sometime soon.
James Russell Company LLC is proposing approximately 30,000 square feet of connecting retail, restaurant and office use on the south side of 28th Street between Lucerne and Charlevoix Drive.
The project may include an upscale retail center with banks, boutiques and a two-story high-end restaurant with an outside eating area. A rear building might be used for business offices. An outdoor walkway will connect the two buildings.
