It may never become a "perfect" document, city officials realize, but they finally have a new set of zoning regulations after almost two years in the making.
Grand Haven City Council unanimously passed the second and final reading Monday night to adopt the rewritten Zoning Ordinance. It will likely go into effect by the end of this month, "assuming it's not challenged," said city Planning Director Kristin Keery.
