EGR town home proposal for Bagley Avenue moving forward

Sixteen new townhomes could be coming to East Grand Rapids if City Commissioners approve the plans, bringing increased density to an area just south of Gaslight Village. If approved, the townhomes could garner from $350,000 to $400,000 each.

According to excerpts from the story:

The proposed Bagley Avenue town homes will have a brick exterior all the way around and a central driveway.

Originally proposed as brick in the front and hardy plank in the back with two one-way ingress and egress driveways, project developers Joe Hooker and Matt Miller made changes to the plan after East Grand Rapids planning commissioners expressed concerns with those features in August.
