Holland homebuilder rises above housing market slump

While most homebuilders in the state are struggling through work slow downs, downsizing, and even bankruptcy in the sluggish housing market, one Holland company has differentiated itself from the crowd and the payoffs are measurable.

“In the last few years, the sales process has become much more of a counseling transaction,” Bosgraaf Homes President Mike Bosgraaf told MiBiz.

The company’s inventory is at the lowest level Bosgraaf has seen in 10 years.
