GR developer takes on boutique-style residential projects

With an eye to taking on only development projects that aren’t too big for this start-up development firm, the owner is carving a niche in the West Michigan residential market. Flipping houses, developing properties, handling construction, and being a landlord are all taken in stride.

When it is compared to the scope and scale of the other construction that is going on in downtown Grand Rapids (i.e. Grand Rapids Art Museum, J.W. Marriott Hotel, and everything on the Medical Mile) it certainly doesn’t rank at the top of the list.

However it is the biggest project that Brice Bossardet, the owner of Virgin Soil Development LLC has ever attempted. He is ready to launch the 65 Monroe Center project with the goal of turning the former Central Bank building at that address into a boutique-style condominium development.
