There are a lot of new things going on in the waterside city of Whitehall and the city’s new budget aims to keep it that way. Redevelopment of a contaminated site, maintenance of a city-owned theater, and a possible water filtration plant are in the mix.

The $10.5 million budget was approved Tuesday night by city council.
