Muskegon County Brownfield site approved for green energy plant

“I haven’t got any hard copy (of the approval),” said Township Supervisor and Brownfield Secretary Dennis Babcock. “But everything has been approved.” Babcock said the loans would total just under $1 million and go toward completing a Baseline Environmental Assessment (BEA), which will identify any pollution that might still need to be cleaned up.
