Dr. William Creason, William Booth and Ronald Hartsema "each held a significant role in the creation of the world famous Grand Haven Musical Fountain," noted Mayor Roger Bergman.
"Originally intended to help revitalize the Grand Haven waterfront, the idea came together while engineer Bill Booth sat in Dr. Creason's dentist chair," Bergman read from the Certificate of Appreciation presented Tuesday.
