Holland and Holland Township property owners will see an increase on their next tax bill to cover expanded Macatawa Area Express transit services, though it won't be the full 0.4 mill the authority could have levied.
Tuesday, the MAX Authority unanimously agreed to levy 0.35 mill as a part of its plan to expand bus routes north and south of the core city.
For a $100,000 property ($50,000 taxable value), that would mean an added $17.50 annually.
