A Detroit-based developer plans to build up to 52 homes in the city of Muskegon Heights within the next 18 months. Development company Third Day Investments Inc. received the blessing of Muskegon Heights City Council members, who liked what they heard during their Monday committee-of-the-whole meeting.
Construction of the first homes -- with sale prices in the range of $135,000 to $145,000 -- could begin within the next few months, developer Daniel Russell told the council.
