Renovation of Plainfield Ave. corridor estimated at $3M

According to excerpts from the story:

Within the next 20 years $3 million will be spent on refurbishing the Plainfield Avenue corridor in Grand Rapids and Plainfield Township, said Grand Rapids Township Supervisor Michael DeVries.

These refurbishments include constructing a non-motorized trail system to and from the corridor, developing small parks and reworking the entrance points within the district. It also includes redesigning commercial buildings like the Northtown Shopping Center.
