Ren Zones leave, downtown condo owners stay

According to excerpts from the story:

Commercial real estate broker Chip Bowling said the city's tax-free Renaissance Zone was a huge incentive when he decided to buy a downtown condominium.

But that doesn't mean he will be moving out after the Renaissance Zone expires in 2017, at which time he will have to pay property taxes and income taxes to the state and city.
