River House redesigns the skyline

Robert Grooters is conducting his own construction boom in West Michigan and is redesigning the skyline of downtown Grand Rapids at the same time.

River House at Bridgewater Place has become the signature development of RGDC. Bridgewater Place was probably the first project that could be given that label. It certainly changed the skyline of downtown Grand Rapids. River House will be no different.

The $60 million Bridgewater Place development consists of nearly 340,000 square feet along the banks of the Grand River and was actually designed to be two buildings.
