As economic developers push for changes in how the state lures business investments, the Small Business Association of Michigan is offering ideas for improving the entrepreneurial environment.
SBAM's "entrepreneurial policy agenda" sets out a long-term vision for making Michigan a much more fertile ground for developing new businesses, President and CEO Rob Fowler said.
