Wolverine Construction picked for $60 million Saint Mary’s project

Wolverine Construction Management and its joint venture partner MFSS Contracting Inc. have been selected to serve as construction manager for the $60 million Saint Mary’s Hauenstein Neuroscience Center planned for construction in downtown Grand Rapids.

The new four-story facility will encompass 140,000 square feet and will be located on the site of the current Xavier Hall building at 240 Cherry St. SE on Saint Mary’s downtown campus.
