$12M Holland waterfront condo, commercial development moves ahead

The Crescent Shores Marina project would be complete in three phases. Under a new agreement with the city of Holland, $6 million must be spent in the first five years, $3 million before the end of year eight and the total project complete by the end of year 10.

“We’re trying to encourage development as soon as possible,” Assistant City Manager Greg Robinson said.

“Both the brownfield and the NEZ are great tools you use to handle both difficult economic times and difficult sites,” said Rob McBrien, one of four owners.
