Gold LEED certification is a goal for Holland-based Haworth's newest showrooms, and that designation puts the national spotlight on its Manhattan location, where a commitment to 'green' innovation is revolutionizing the way office work spaces are designed, developed, and, ultimately, displayed.

HAWORTH INC., a designer and manufacturer of flexible work spaces, made most of its product line eco-friendly in 2003. Now the company’s new showroom in Manhattan is, too.
The United States Green Building Council has awarded the showroom a gold rating for a commercial interior.
The new showroom, in the Pershing Square Building at 125 Park Avenue, at 42nd Street, is intended to show how Haworth’s work spaces eliminate the costly and continuous tear-down and rebuilding cycles that companies go through as they grow or downsize.
